    Seriously... Seriously? 8:00 AM

I tell you the most interesting day that happened last night was that a grocery clerk was arguing with me over some KitKats. You read right. It was not my fault swear. It was really PETTY but she's the one that got angry with me about some stupid kit Kat's.

OK we rented a movie at our grocery store that has a RedBox and my kid went straight for the chocolates by the movie stand and grabbed a Kit Kat. She handed it to us and we seen that it said 3 for 99c. So we decide to get 3 but we didn't notice that we picked the other 2 that didn't have the same sale on the wrapper.

When we went to the self checkout we ring them up and notice that the one that had the .33c on the wrapper DID ring up that way but the ones that did NOT have it rang up as .50c. So just asking I asked the cashier lady why it was ringing up .50c ea if we got it where it says .33c for 3. (I know, I know I should have let it go because it was only .17c difference on each candy bar) I would have probably purchased them either way but I was curious as to why. So she acts like I just interrupted her busy schedule and stomps off to another section of the chocolates and matter of factly says No they are 2 for $1." I said "OK but I didn't get it from here, I got it from that stand over there." But she just kinda blew me off and said again, "Well no matter they are 2 for $1."

Then she walks off to where I pointed at and I headed to where I got them originally and I was thinking "well maybe I grabbed only one that was .33c from an old promotion and they don't have anymore" and I'm kinda blaming myself for asking in the first place.

But then I noticed she went the other side of the movie stand and Viola there was a WHOLE stand there that had boxes of kitkats that said on the wrappers 3 for .99c. Yea! so take that.

But wait, instead of saying something like "Oh OK, well get these ones so they ring up as .33 ea or didn't know these were here" or whatever, this bitch goes to the customer service area and dangles a kitkat in front of the cashier and firmly tells her, "Make sure you TELL the manager that these have to be changed to 2 for $1." WTF? Nobody can do that if the price IS ON THE WRAPPER. She was just pissed and wouldn't apologize because she assumed she was right and I was wrong but it didn't turn out the way.

I thought the way she acted was way unprofessional. If she didn't or couldn't help us she could of had someone else help us. It's her job to find out about products and prices not yell at CUSTOMERS. Even if it is over KitKat's.

To sue or not to sue... 9:02 AM

I read that Jerry Seinfeld is being sued on a defamation and copyright infringement by the cook book author of 'The Sneaky Chef' MISSY CHASE LAPINE.

I think Missy is upset because Jessica Seinfeld's book 'Deceptively Delicious had more promotion (like on Oprah) and was written by a famous person. But I do agree that Jessica Seinfeld has similar recipes and a similar wink.

Which of course is the reason of the copyright infringement lawsuit (over a wink) and that Jessica stole recipe ideas. But Jerry Seinfeld was also to blame for the things he was saying about her and she filed that lawsuit even more with a vengeance. Like calling her a "wacko", or that she has three names which are associated to become assassins. That the idea of sneaking healthy foods in a child's diet is not original. And the fact that just because she's Jerry Seinfeld's wife she received more promotion. And then when Jessica came out with her cook book she received a ton of backlash. I didn't know anything about Jessica but I did after like 5 minutes. About her being a gold digger and what not. Anyway...

How funny when they finally meet in court.

But I also think that parents should have done this right away as soon as the kids could eat solid foods. I mean what were they feeding them when they were infants? Gerber fruit and vegetable purees. So all of a sudden when they are toddler and then kids do you just automatically stop feeding the kids vegetables when they were growing up with it all along? It could definitely be a big help but only if you've steered away from giving them vegetables.

I'm not saying my kid eats all her veggies but I definitely try to give it to her at every meal and read up on how to make it more fun for her to eat it without tricking her. I try my best to do this because growing up I never had vegetables and if you see a pic of me then you'd understand why I wouldn't want my daughter to grow up not eating in a healthy way. It also give me the assentive to eat my vegetables to when I set them in front of her.

And now in the stores there are SO many ways to get your veggies. I buy the mini corn on the cob and she loves it, she eats her green beans but only cooked with eggs, she eats her celery with peanut butter and raisin ants. She LOVES eating carrots (and by themselves). So I know I can continuously give them to her and then she can get used to them when she's older.

But I can't say that there cookbooks are not good ideas. You never know when my kid gets older she may altogether stop eating her veggies and then those books may come in handy in helping her get her required vegetables.

But you have to admit Jessica's book cover looks more appealing to pick up than Sneaky Chef's. Which is the real reason they did it isn't it? To try to help parents find more creative ways in getting them to eat there vegetables. Not to fight over which wink looks better.

    ugh... 10:23 AM

I've been so busy setting up insurance on the car and it's emission test.

We bought this car Friday night and on Saturday I had to take the car back to the dealer to get some stuff upgraded and it didn't dawn on me to go get insurance on the car that day. So my hubby decides he wants to drive it to his evening job where he gets out at 1245am. And on the second day that we have this car what happens? He gets a ticket...for no insurance. Now the cop just pulled him over for no reason and didn't offer a reason. Ended up given him the ticket.

Ugh, so now I'm upset with myself because if I would have gone on Sat. to insure the Jeep he wouldn't of gotten that ticket. I'm mad at him because he knew it didn't have ins. and I just don't like cops.

So now I'm thinking of trying to get a part-time job to try to help relive some of that stress off my hubby, but being home for 3 whole years taking care of my child. And to leave her kinda makes me nervous. Of all the stories you hear from babysitters, to day cares I'm a little weary of leaving her with strangers while I have to go of to work. I think that first day I leave her I'm going to just cry because I have always been with my daughter 24/7.

I would totally love to work from home but it's like you have to pay a certain home based company for them to get you started and have jobs mailed your way and not just a one time fee, it's like ever month. I was thinking of the option of doing those pay to do surveys but if you would see how much I hate answering one question at a time... or just answering questions that don't apply to me. It's sooo boring! And then some you have to like buy something for you to get paid so 'um' what's the point?

    Well we'll see what happens.

Love my car =) 11:12 AM

Yesterday we finally bought my hubby's and my dream car. A Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. In the color we wanted silver, and it being a 4x4. Now I have barely been driving for about 3 years and in that time I have been used to a small 2 door Honda. So when I had to drive this big o' boat back by myself (hubby had to go to work) to the dealer so that they can do some upgrades I was nervous with an upset stomach and literally heaving up into I actually got into the drivers seat.

But then I was thinking to myself "just like if you were in your little small car." Because with a bigger car I have to make sure I'm actually in my lane, and not to close to the cars when were at a stop light and stuff like that. But I am now comfortable driving it and I am sooo excited =)WooHoo to me =)

I AM the best cook! 12:04 PM

Yesterday we went over my Inlaws house and like always it was mildy boring. My mother In-Law always has to rub it in my face that she thinks she's a better cook than me. She is really nice but when it comes to cooking she thinks that because my hubby is her mother he will always appreciate her food more. But thank goodness this isn't a 'Everybody loves Raymond' episode.

    Simply Addicted... 10:43 AM

Even though I am married, a mother and almost in my gasp 30's (haha just kidding!)there are things that that I am totally obsessed with even though maybe I shouldn't be..

    OBSESSION #1

I still love cartoons, not like my daughters cartoons of Dora but my all time favorite SAILOR MOON. LOVE that cartoon! They had powers, it had a great love story and they would kick ass! Maybe because in that time they hardly had any girl cartoons. I have them recorded and yes I still do watched them along with X-Men and Thundercats.

    OBSESSION #2

I own the whole series of ELFQUEST comic books. This is not really for children. It's a 1977 fantasy story about Wolfrider elves, a tribe of hunter/warriors closely allied with wolves.

Lots of reasons why I love this comic. They have awesome names like, DewShine, Skywise JoyLeaf and so on. 2nd because it had a great story line that consisted of alot lot of fairies, magic, dedication, and love.

These comic books and 'Legend' with Tom Cruise are the reasons I love Fairies, which is my next obsession...

    OBSESSION #3

Need I say more. Well yes I do, I'm not a fan of Tinker Bell because she's too overrated =)

Left the best for last OBSESSION #4

Awwwww my favorite men in the whole wide world! I have been a fan since '99 and man I'm still a huge fan. I have all their videos recorded, I have all their concert videos, all their cd's from the US and Europe.. I have gone to every one of there concerts held in my hometown. I have saved every posters of them..

Ohh.. you should have seen my room. A 20 yr old with TeenBeat carefully and with complete silence taking out their pictures and hanging them up and covering every inch of my old room, swear I have pictures of the way my room used to look, don't make me pull them out! =)

I turned everyone I knew into a fan.. well almost but still enough.

Kevin Richardson is and always will be my LOVER. You don't know how hard it was to only pick ONE picture of this man and how long it took me! I slobbered on my computer screen with every pic. My hubby makes me feel the same for him but Kevin can make me piss in my pants, throw up in excitement, and shake convulsively... ALL IN THE SAME TIME!

    Be still my heart.

Dreams are so weird... 9:04 AM

I had the most bizzare dream last night.. lets see if I can remember it and tell it in a decent way.

I was in a house full of little kids, dogs, cats and I swear a HUGE gerbil who kept trying to bite me. I was supposedly frustrated about the living conditions that my hubby told me I should go to the bar to relax a bit. Once there I found myself talking to a couple there, but they seemed more like brother and sister, anyway, supposedly they knew me and they wanted to know about one of the other 'roomates' that was living there, and it was weird because we were talking smack about a boy I had a crush on in the 5th grade. Lord!

Then all of a sudden one of my high school friends who i've been trying to track down was there playing pool and I had felt like she had always been right in front of me the whole time, if that makes sense. Ok, then we all get together and I swear I end up having only one drink when I end up blackening out and not remembering a thing.

Then it gets weird, I'm supposedly driving to a dr. appt and I have my kid with me and I guess I was still in my bar clothes because I start changing clothes in the car and I'm only in a bra, a red bra, when i notice a cop car is behind me. We end up on a street with really high hills and i'm splashing the snow slush that was there. (I don't know what that had to do with the whole dream but it took awhile) Then we ended up in an ally across the street from the hospital and he turned right while I stopped there trying to cross left. Then all of a sudden it changes, I'm still slightly drunk and hitting on guys from my car when this fool comes along...

It was weird because I hadn't seen a picture of him or any of his movie since Weekend at Bernies. He was much shorter and cuter in my dream. Around this time it's getting fuzzier, pretty much I gather we get inside the hospital and I have cheated on my hubby (we didn't actually do the deed but I felt that we had) and I have been in the hospital all day trying not to get home. But then I'm ready to go when I'm having trouble getting my daughter to go. Then he tells me, You can't leave I said Why not? / You have just been raped. / What! By who? / Me. (I swear I didn't have any sex in my dream). I end up leaving the hospital and he walks me to my car and gawd I end up giving him my phone number. Then I'm driving of into my pending doom... SWEAR! That's how it ended when I woke up!

This dream felt so real that when I woke up I actully looked around to see where I was.. crazy! I have no idea where this dream came from..Well, some parts I do get, like me looking for my friend but I had stopped thinking of her maybe a week ago, and the whole rape discussion was when my hubby seen pamphlets on the desk and asked what they were and I had told him that a volunteer for the Rape Crisis Hotline was trying to get supporters to sign a petition and gave pamphlets about what to do in case you get raped. And that was the last discussion we had before going to bed. I know this is deep but man dreams are so insane!

    What's for dinner?... 12:19 PM

I'm off to go grocery shopping but first I tried to make a grocery list. I was gettting bored of always doing the same meals so my sister gave me these two books

The first one is Robin Miller QUICK FIX MEALS. But let me tell you out of her 200 "simple, delicious recipes" I found only 6 recipes that I likes. YEA only 6! Rachel Ray's 365: NO REPEATS was the same, out of a recipe for every single day I only found 5 that I really enjoyed to make.

Most recipes are just ridiculous. Some have the same ingredients but then for the next evenings meal your adding one additional spice and that's it. No fun! And half of the ingrediants they use are stuff I normally don't purchase anyways. I don't buy Capers, fresh ginger, wasabi paste, dill and so on. Why can't they make new SIMPLE recipes. One recipe I did enjoy alot was from Rachel Ray's book. It was the:

    Mega Meatball Pizza:
    EVOO
    1 pizza dough
    palmful of flour
2 tbs finely chopped fresh rosemary
    salt
    1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
    1 med onion finely chopped
    4 garlic cloves
    black pepper
1 3 ounce can tomato paste
    1/2 c grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    3/4 c. fresh mozzarella

    Preheat oven at 425

Place pizza dough on flour dusted pan and bake for 10 mins.

In a large Skillet add 2 tbsp of EVOO, brown and crumble the meat for a couple of minutes, then add the onions, garlic, s/p. Mix well, then work in the tomato paste, stir in cheese, parsley and oregano.

Remove pizza crush from the oven and top with the meat mixture. Arrange the cheese over the pizza and return it in the oven for another 11-12 mins

    whoo

In this recipe she askes for Ground Sirloin but for some reason I did it with Ground Beef and it still turned it really good but now I have to try it with the Sirloin. Rachel has another real good recipe it's the Southwestern Pasta Bake. It's really just penne rigate pasta with ground beef with a cheddar cheese sauce, really good.

So off to the store we go sigh It's so gloomy outside I don't even feel like going..noooo you can't make me!!! I'm sure my little on can live of Ramen Noodle soup!

    Fun stuff... 2:31 PM

So YEA! My hubby bought me all the stuff I needed to start making my first thing on my list to do from scratch which was to make my little girls hairbows...

And this was my reaction when he bought it for me. Yes I was dancing in the store!

    To many addictions... 8:34 AM

I'm a person who never wanted to follow the moment's addiction. Whether it be YouTube, Myspace, even on TV shows. Never wanted to watch Desperate Housewifes because everyone watched it or even Friends until they became my favorite shows. Then I got a Myspace acct. I was super addicted. On Myspace the only thing I had to worry about was just adding pretty pictures and my About Me: always stayed the same. Didn't really think of changing it since people didn't read your ABOUT ME, they just really checked your page if you had boobs hanging out or something and some wouldn't even talk to you if you didn't have a picture AT ALL. My friend even blames me for getting her into it. And it's a place more for promoting now. So the addiction is pretty much over.

Now my is my new favorite thing that I'm addicted to. Because you have to actually write about things that are important to you or if something interesting, good or bad happens your like and people who look at your page HAVE to read it unlike myspace. And then you can even make money off of it too. I've been on here so much I've been missing my favorite reruns. Sorry Law&Order SVU, L&O CI, L&O..

One thing I do find funny though, is that when you leave comments on someones page they write you back but on there OWN comment page. Hmm isn't the point of leaving a comment is for them to return one on YOUR blog? The only people that know I have a blog is my sister, and 2 friends. And they pretty much suck too at leaving comments. Sometimes they will ask me

And sometimes when people you know read your blog it's weird because if you write about them, or you sharing something that was private, or making fun of them in some way then they get mad or don't want to talk to you. So then your inclined not to write things that you really want to write about. Or what if someone you didn't want to know you had a blog finds it?

Isnt' it funny the things we get addicted to.. Oh by the way here's my daily YouTube Video. Hahaha.... no for real here it is.

Things I would like to learn... 10:49 AM

There are alot of things I would love to learn to do from scratch.

Learn how to make my little girls hair bows and it is not easy as it looks:

For it to come out like this:

Learn how to make tortillas from scratch

Learn how to bake a cream cheese cake by scratch

Or learn how to sew, iron WELL, and how to change the oil in my car.

But this one would probably be my main item to definetly learn. My little SUGARPLUM is turning 3 in may and would like to make her this kind of cake for her bday. Not that she would appreciate it just because it's a cake for her but the fact that I tried to do something extra special then just ordering a cake.

    9:39 AM

There are things that my daughter does that are just the cutest. I'm just all excited and all gushy and I turn around to tell someone and no one is there..

There's my hubby who works two jobs so that I am able to stay home and spend time with our daughter. In all day I have 30 minutes to be able to try to have a conversation with him. He doesn't see all the things his daughter says or does because he is working or sleeping. I'm not complaining because he is doing his best, and that is why I suck it up and try not to complain that he could at least try to change a diaper in his lifetime, that he could put her to bed before she starts putting herself to bed, that he is able to give her a bath, that he is able to teach he spanish lullabies before she goes to school and only learns itsy bitsy spider.

I have a sister who is so busy with her 40 hr a week job, her own child, her own family she doesn't have time to chat with her SAHM, lazy, getting out of bed whenever I want, going and coming as I please and always on the computer, sister.

I can't confide in my friend of 7 years on and off, because she has her own single, b-friendless, childless, always partying life to really care less about me being married and having a kid. As much as my stories about the challenges of potty training my child, helping her have complete sentences, and teacher her manners are boring to her, are as boring to me hearing stories about her wanna-be love affairs and what her favorite bars and alcoholic beverages are.

And then there's my mom..who isn't here anymore. She would have been my sister listening to me complain about always having to pick up my hubbys pants from off the floor. She would have been my best friend listening to me have one succesful story of my child being able to dress herself. She would have been my mother who was always there for me when I needed advice on how to get my kid to eat all her food in one sitting, and she would have been a great grandmother loving my daughter so much that my child would never feel unloved.

Even though they may not be around as much as I would want them to be (because, really, I'm not selfish)they are still there for me in there own way. My hubby giving our child a piggyback ride whenever possible, my sister and I talk to each other about our ups and downs in family life, having a friend letting me reminisce of all the fun and idiotic things I did before I had a family and knowing that I will be a great mother as my mother was.

    HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!

Finally life can resume... 3:48 PM

Finally the Writers Strike is over. Now I can get back to not raising my child right because now our favorite shows are coming back on yea! Not that it really wasn't somewhat of a good thing right? The strike affected your life maybe in a good way. Without our favorite shows on and remembering word for word reruns we stepped away from the tv and probably did other things we hadn't done in awhile. Caught up on reading, went out for walks, started early spring cleaning and maybe even went to bed early.

I know it will take awhile, probably in March or April, before we see any new Grey's Anatomay, Desperate Housewifes and CSI but it's ok, I can wait.

But what's funny is that there were other shows who have a good following and people didn't notice they had all new episodes. I mean it's not like GA, DH, are the only great shows. House just finished his last fresh episode last week. Cold Case had on new episodes up until 3 weeks ago. And then you have the super new episodes of Lost.

How is it that Jay Leno, David Letterman, and even Ellen Degeneres were booed by the WGA when they decided to go back on air after a couple of months, and yet there are up to date new episodes of Oprah. I haven't seen anyone boo her. Are people really that afraid of her? I wonder if the Ellen, Jay, and David writers who booed them were able to still think they could go back to work for their former bosses after dissing them in public.

"Hi, yes Ms. Degeneres, um didn't really mean to be upset at you because you decided to go back to work without me, since I am that writes your lines of 'See if the celeb can guess the word of the day,' and 'we'll be right back'. So I was wondering if I can come back to work. Hello? Hello..."

Meet Max Bratman! How beautiful do they both look..aww... This week's People gives first look at Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman's 4 week old baby Max. Christina is blonde as ever, but she left the red lipstick at home for this photoshoot. He's so cute and tiny! Love it! I don't even remember my little girl at 4weeks old.

"Valentine's Day celebration early with some champagne and kissy faces at EA's Burnout Paradise last night. Heidi's new video has been mostly laughed at by pretty much everyone since it hit the internet, and of course she had to answer back to all of the negative attention. She said, "I cried myself to sleep that first night after my video came out. I just couldn't understand why people I didn't even know felt the need to be so cruel and hurtful toward me."

"Don't feel too bad for poor Heidi though — not only is the song No. 7 on iTunes, but the "starlet" already has a backup plan in the words. She's working on Heidiwood, a new collection of clothes that will be out this Spring. Can't wait to hear what LC has to say about that one. If you are one of the few fans of Heidi's music career, she's also got a new video coming our way, and according to Spencer, it will "blow people’s minds very soon." Well, it can't be any worse than her last video, right?"

When all else fails...read 6:49 AM

I absolutly love reading..but great, great books..

When I was younger I didn't really have alot of friends so my past time was reading. In middle school we used to have field trips but to the library where they were teaching us how to find and categorized library books, afterwards we were able to choose books to read. While all the other girls were picking up like Sweet Valley High from Francine Pascal, I was reading my aged drama books. Don't get me wrong I did read alot of the fun, young adult girlie books. I have read all the whole Sweet Valley High Book Series. I will alway be a fan of the original series, not much for the spin-offs. I also read similar books to Sweet valley High... umm well it had something to do with being penpals in a all girls school. Can't remember the title, but I'm guessing it has penpal in it =)

But my two favorite books I really remember reading in the 5th grade were two drama books...For the life of my I cannot remember their titles and those are two books I would love, love to read again.

So this is what I remember from the first book:

"This young boy maybe 9 years old was in a abused family where his mother used to beat him, so they took him away and placed him with a grumpy old man. The little boy even though he was abused really was a bright boy and did everything to make the old man happy.

They would plant flowers, help him clean the house and would always obey the old man, who grew to love him and they became like grandfather and grandson. Eventually Social Services came to take the little boy away and placed him in his mother's care again because she seemed fit to take care of him again.

So with all the sadness they part and the old man goes on for a couple of weeks of course worried, hoping the little boy is safe. And for some reason, can't remember why, he starts looking for him and he finds him at his house locked in a closet and he's carrying a bag around and really calm the boy tells the old man, that his baby sister was in the bag, that his mother beat her to death and she eventually left them. He was alone in the house for almost a week. So happy ending he lives his life with the old man."

    2nd book:

This young boy and his father are on a private plan and they are over a jungle somewhere exotic like the Amazons or something. Something goes wrong with the plane and they end up crashing. The pilot and his father die but the young boy survives. The book goes on to tell his story of how he has to survive in the wilderness, how to hunt fish, how to make a sleeping around, where to gather food and such. I think he was lost for a couple months until he heard a plane and they found him. But I thought this was a great survival story of a young boy.

I appreciated that many authors assumed many young adults were smart to understand and read a powerful book back then at the age of 12 or 13.

I do have to say that fantasy was my #1 choice to read.. I could only take so much drama in books at my age. One time I had read a book which they made into a movie called SURVIVING. It's about these two young adults who love each other but the girl is a 16 yr old who just attempted suicide and the 17 yr old boy is expected to be a doctor. They fall in love but their parents try to keep them seperated. They eventually commit suicide together which destroyes their families. After I read that I cried to my mom, wondering why do people do the things they do..

That was one of my fondest memories of going to my mom for answers, I cry as I write this now, because I remember she's sitting in her room and I enter and fall to my knees and place my head in her legs while I cried about the ending of the book and she caresses my head and we talk about what I just read. She was always there for me, in all of my reading escapades. I miss her so much...

whew.. ok ok I stopped crying

So anyway, recently I went to the library and was in the mood to read a really good book and I got two of them. But oh my gosh! let me tell you this was supposedly in the young adult section and I couldn't believe what I was reading. This book was suppose to be about hidden treasure but that kind of deterred from the actual story I was reading. This book had rape in it... THROUGH OUT THE WHOLE BOOK. They had.. well you get the point but I didn't even finish it. I took it back and told the library lady that this was a horrible book and it was placed it the young adult section and that they should either take it away from that category or just take it away completely. And dont get me started on the second book about trafficking sex slaves.. they could have at least warned me about it in the synopsis..

I walked away from my favorite place in the whole world that day so dissapointed..but it's ok I'll give my lover a second chance today and hope it doesn't dissapoint me again.

(Seriously what in the world is wrong with bloggers spell check!)

I don't want to work out and you can't make me... 5:09 PM

This post has seriosly taken me all day to write..

I'm reading Hand Over the Altoids blog and she mentions that her husband flat out tells her she needs to lose weight. Shocked I know! Men usually know that if you tell your wife she has to lose weight then you're going to get a beat down...

So this is how I plan to work out...

I have a Curves like 5 blocks from my house and they have all their windows covered up and it's like a secret hideaway which is good because you don't want to be working out and your cute pants you just bought are already too stretched out and falling off.

Or have you noticed that many like Bally's, 24 hour fitness and other Gyms are like right next door to a Dunken Donuts or a Subway.. My Bally's is in front of a Quiznos.. Ohhh and I swear I seen a Girl Scouts cookie stand in front of a 'Curves'. They now exactly where to market their products...Yea that's sooo wrong!

There was discussion I think like in Mississippi where they want to pass a law and make it illegal to sell fast food to fat people. Seriously, no lie..

So off the topic: If you are easily disgusted do not continue reading. If you continue you were warned...

So my pup just ate his bowl movement and then puked it up and wanted to eat it again..Is that normal?

    The 80's ROCK! 10:39 AM

I am seriously having 'suppose' writer's block, or what would you call it if your really not even a writer, just someone who throws words around. These last two days I seriously have had not one single interesting thing happend. I think the most exciting comversation I had today was with my friend who tells me she wants to join Netflix so she can catch up on movies she hasn't see. Shocked, she tells me she hasn't watched all the 80's classics...

She has never seen..Dangerous Liasions, Flashdance, BabyCakes, Cry-baby, Beetlejuice, Legend and so on.. I know, I know the shock. I mean she hasn't even watched 'Braveheart'.

I was born in the 80's and man the music, the style of movies were just AWESOME! They had the great actors back then..Tom Cruise (I used to be a BIG fan) in Legend, Rainman and others. You had Tom Hanks with 'Big' and 'Turner and Hooch'. His best one had to be 'The Green Mile', always, ALWAYS makes me cry.

Even the actors that were super famous but don't come out anymore.. like Molly Ringwald...loved her in Pretty in Pink
and Sixteen Candles, Andrew Mccarthy, James Spader loved Stargate, Emilio Estevez and so on.

There was such good movies back then now it's like you have Paris Hilton's movie 'The Hottie and the Nottie', just the title blows. She executive produced the movie and it yet she's upset that practically NOBODY actually watched it.

Tonight the Grammy's are on and I think this year or all award show are rigged. Every one thinks Kanye West should win. Sure.. because SOME of his songs are good, like his song nominated Stronger not for the fact that his mother just passed away. He has been nominated eight-times and nominated countless times on MTV and has never really won. Then you have Amy Winehouse up for 6 nominations..really? I didn't think her song 'Rehab' was that great. Is it because her music is really that good and imitates her life or because of all the attention media she's had lately?"

"She makes Lindsay Lohan look cool," comedian and nomination announcer George Lopez said. He said that when they announced the Grammy Nominees..he was too funny!

These two artist are obviously going to outshine the actual greater talents..You have Rhianna with 'Umbrella', my new FAVORITE band PARAMORE and even though I'm no actual Carrie Underwood fan I do have to say her song 'Before he cheats' was VERY GOOD.

Today's songs don't have much of a good beat or heartfelt meaning! The Grammy Awards have lost many of their audiences! I don't even bother to watch the show anymore. At least they have always done one thing right and that was never nominating Britney Spears for an award.

So I have succesfully potty trained my pup.. he knows exactly where to lay his business or he will get no treat.. This was WAY easier than trying to potty train my child. She wiggles and does the rain dance and lets me know, 'pee pee'. I hurry up and take off her diaper and sit her on her little toilet to find out she's ALREADY 'pee pee'd'.. MAN!

    It's a big, big world... 8:11 AM

Oh how I love Noggin. They finally have given us this channel since the 1st of January and just love it.

For awhile there my kid was just watching PBS which is nothing wrong with that, they have Clifford the big red dog, Dragon Tales, Maya and Miguel, which was one of my favorites for her to watch because they would teach English and Spanish words, and so does Sesame Street while actually watching cartoons. But then there's the other PBS shows that, ugh, irked me, they have It's a Big, Big World where these puppets are just hopping around and they are not interesting to watch at all. I know it's TV for a kid but mines didn't even watch it. And can't forget the Teletubbies, that can give you nightmares.

Then I tried the Disney Channel, Cartoon Network and Toon Disney and so on. Because I assumed they still have good cartoons on there. In the morning they did, they were bringing back old faves like The little mermaid, Chip and dale, Talespin and such. She even enjoyed The Mickey Mouse show. But I noticed in the evening they had other cartoons that were for older kids which I think are horrible no wonder the boys are all rumbuctious. Of course they would have those in the evening when school is out.

You got SpongBob SquarePants and his nasty acts like eyeballs popping out, being annoying (which give the boys and girls reason to annoy other kids and people, like their parents) they show them being money hungry and so on. Then you have Ed, Ed and Eddy, my kid never watched that show but I have to tell you I caught one episode and ewww they had one of the Ed's eating his mocos.

So now can you see why Noggin is my savior. They have educational and cute cartoons. My daughter even memorized their names.. She knows Lil Bill, Wa Wa Wubzy, Go Diego Go, again because I love that they teach them Spanish words, and as much as I hate this little girl cartoon my daughter loves her..Dora The Explorer.

Now just because my daughter knows all these cartoons doesn't mean I leave her in front of the Tv all day. When she wakes up all the tv's are off. I make her breakfast and when she's done I let her watch Cartoons for awhile since each show is only 30 minutes long.. Then she obviously gets bored and then she plays with her toys and her puppy while I clean and when I'm occasionally on the computer =) hehehe.

    About to burst... 8:02 AM

    © CELEBRITY BABY BLOG

Doesn't she look beautiful! When I first seen this picture, I thought OMG! She hasn't given birth yet?! Isn't she suppose to be on bed rest or something I mean jee she's carrying two children in there!

This was from yesterday when her and Marc Anthony attended a reception to benefit UNICEF hosted by Gucci during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall 2008 in New York City.

    © CELEBRITY BABY BLOG

What in the name of gawd is she doing wearing heels??? And not just any high heels, they are high and pointy heels. You can tell her face is all swollen and she looks extremely tired. I'm sure she's not getting too much rest. But really?.. Adding to the pain in the back by putting on heels?

Yesterday I had just watched my all time favorite movie of her's Monster In-Law that movies is sooo freaking hilarious. I think she would have made such a cute couple with Micheal Vartan he is too Yummy. Yet she married Marc Anthony that's a downgrade. And seriously, why Jennifer Garner left him for Ben Affleck is beyond me..

I also watched Mr & Mrs Smith and love that movie. Jolie is also expecting twins.. trying to see that skinny woman try to carry TWO babies just sounds painful.

    © CELEBRITY BABY BLOG

And what is the deal with celeb parents having children and then days or weeks later attending galas, charities, or premiers after they just had them? And I'm not talking about normal parents who have to go back to work and leave their children with babysitters because it's neccesary.

Here you have Joel and Nicole without their 3-week old daughter. Jee already leaving her with the nanny? Yea maybe I get that they don't want papperazzi all over their daughters face but if Tom & Katie Cruise are ok with having gazillions of flashes all over Suri's face then they can suck it up and take their child with them everywhere.

    © CELEBRITY BABY BLOG

And Christina Aguilera dissapoints me too. Her 3 week old baby is home and here she is out at a Best Buy signing for her new DVD. Why? She could of done that later. It's not like these artist need to be in a hurry to get back to work..From what I get Britney who hadn't worked in like 2 years was getting $740,000 in a month. Joel Madden has revenue from his cd's Nicole is making her own money from her old tv show. Christina was doing concerts so I'm sure their revenue is much higher than $740,000 a month..

When asked by Ryan Seacrest why she's out promoting so soon after the birth of her son, Christina replied,

"I'm going stir crazy in the house! It'll be a nice outing." Ummm that's pretty much what you signed up for..

Why can't these mother of their first born children not stay home?

    Snowy Day... 3:00 PM

Nothing new or exciting happening today.. oh wait, I got out of my pajamas today--before noon! Yea!

It snowed so much yesterday and today that we got almost 4 inches in snow and I told my husband not to go to work today.. the roads are bad and a part of the highway is closed. Of course he doesn't listen to me and goes anyway. 45 minutes later he calls me and tells me he's only 10 minutes away from the house and he's been stuck in traffic all that time. See, what did I tell him?

It's not that I want him to miss work on purpose it's that they're many driver who think their car is invincible against the ice on the roads. A truck passed on my street that's a 25mph zone, and they drove on it at like 35 probably. You know these ones...

I get scared that he can get into an accident. Try driving in front of that big a hunk of metal with a small car...

Not my car, but you get the point

Anyway he gets off the higways and heads home..So he rested for a couple of hours then headed out to his 2nd job. My poor hubby =)

I'm going to bed early tonight because I have two appointments tomorrow all before lunch. I have one for my daughter at our clinic and at the same clinic after her appt. I have my "yearly" appt. FUN! Where they get to tell me that in one year I have lost only 2 lbs and they look me up and down and ask 'Do you have any health issues'? Well not really, our clinic has really nice staff, except not counting my old doctor, ohhh bitch! Other than that they take forever to call your name but they realise that and apologize, but I also notice that they do talk alot of time in answering question and they don't rush you, which I appreciate.

So my choice of shows tonite while I lay in bed is SciFi Channels: Scary…but True. "It presents real-life ghostly encounters of young people across the globe, whose convincing evidence confirms that scary things don't just happen to adults!" Because I love freaking myself out! And then after that I'm going to watch Linda Blair: Scariest places on earth "A trip to some of the most haunted locations on the planet." Love it! With a cup of hot cocoas, can't wait..

(For some reason my spell check hasn't been working for the past week.. hmm well I hope I spelled everthing right, 'cause, i cane speel, u now..)

Your kids ass is going to get a beat down if you do this... 10:28 AM

This is what you get when you want to be unique and name your child something outrageous.

This is the story of Food Networks new chef Jamie Oliver, from what I understand (because I haven't really watched his show) he has a lisp.

"The celeb chef phoned up the Womb Raider to tell her how pukka her new film Beowulf is, (This was in November) and he politely asked after her daughter but was unable to get his chops around the name and made an unfortunate Spoonerism instead. He, by accident, called her daughter Piloh Sh*t instead of Shiloh Pitt. The mortified chef has sent the actress a dessert made with her fave food, Cheerios cereal, as a tasty apology."

I blame the parents. I mean really when I first heard her name 'Shiloh' I immediately though of the Disney Movie with the tag, "Inspirational Story About Boy And His Dog.." hehehe how horrid.

I mean, really, there are 50 crazy celebrity baby names... 50! That's a long list of children doomed to playground ridicule by their celebrity parents.

You know them from VH1's reality show Katie + Peter. They have named their daughter Princess Tiaamii.

    Shannyn Sossamon
You know her from A Knights Tale and she was also in The Order. Both movies she starred in with Heath Ledger. She has named her son Audio Science

Yes this really is Geri Halliwell
    Bluebell Madonna

Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw: Destry:

    Nicholas Cage Kal-El Coppola

    Sting and Frances Tomelty: Fuchsia

Sean Penn and Robin Wright: Hopper

Jermaine Jackson and Alejandra Genevieve Oaziaza: Jermajesty

    ooopps... 8:20 AM

Have you ever been so drunk that you totally space on things you did? Then you wake up the next morning and you wonder "Did that really happened?"

Well my night wasn't that interesting and I wasn't drunk. I was tired drunk. These last few days I have been waking up at 6:30am and going to bed @ 12:45am.. (yes my hubby works 17 hr days.) And since I'm at Stay at home mom, and really don't do much, you know besideds raising our child, washing dishes, laundry, and cleaning.. really that's nothing compared to working in two restaurants like he does. So I feel bad if I take naps and just lounge all day in front of the computer.

So yesterday I stayed awake all day like always..but at 1145pm I was getting tired my eyes were drooping while reading someones blog about how she got an STD from a Senator.. yea as much as that sounds exciting, I couldn't keep my eyes open.

My daughter is already sleeping, so is my little rat so I decide to turn of the computer and go lay down and watch tv while waiting for my hubby to get home. Which is in about 45 minutes. I'm watching Without a Trace and it goes to a commercial and I snuggle in more in my warm blankets and close my eyes for a minute and then next thing I know I'm hearing my cell phone ring. At this point I have felt I have only fallen asleep for maybe 10 minutes and I'm totally out of it.

    "Hello?"

He says the doors locked and I'm thinking "oh he's just getting home" I open the door and he glares at me and say's I've been calling you, on the cell, (which I had on volume 1) On the house phone (Which I had on 'Do Not Disturb' and I rang the door bell Which I promise you, I did not hear. I have been standing out there for 30 minutes! Wow was it really that long?!

    ooops....

So he stomps off, doesn't talk to me, lays down in bed and goes to sleep. I wake up this morning not really sure if that did happen last night, until he wakes up and says "You really didn't hear the door bell?"

    Fashion Week.. 6:31 AM

Yesterday was NATIONAL RED DAY. "Every year on the first of Friday in February, people all around the country wear red to raise awareness of women's heart disease." At Fashion Week Jenna Fischer, Sara Ramirez, Heidi Klum and others walked the catwalk at the Heart of Truth Red Dress Collection Fashion show.

How pretty does Sara Ramirez look!

    © POPSUGAR

I'm not really into Fashion Week because they always come out with clothes you can't wear or afford...Like what normal person would wear this...

But some "designers" like Jennifer Lopez's JUSTSWEET or SWEETFACE are cute and pretty affordable or Puff Daddy's, wait, P Diddy, no, Diddy, that's not right, oh yea, SEAN JOHN clothing line are much better for everday wears and also more affordable.

    SweetFace

    Sean Jean

sigh If I wasn't on a "doctor regulated diet" I soo would wear that! <-- haha! Man I crack myself up! This is what happens when you don't have friends and your kid would rather watch Wa Wa Wubzy than spend time with you!

    Handbag galore... 8:51 AM

This morning is one of the few times I actually wake up before my normal time of 8am, yes I know I'm lazy, and I send my hubby off to work with a kiss and a lasting impression of me.. hahaha right..
The last look is with my hair all wild with eye crusties.

I watch him get to his car and drive off and I notice kids already walking to school( I live in front of a middle school) and I notice this girl totting around a Juicy Couture handbag! Similar to this one...

Which runs about $145. This purse for this price has
    • Gold-tone hardware.
    • Buckle shoulder strap with rings.
    • Zip top with leather loop pull tab.
    • Gathered front with tan "Juicy Couture" embroidery.
    • Red/green strawberry accent.
    • Includes three attached charms (shown left to right): Beaded leather cord, gold-tone crown crest charm, and faux-pearl charm.
    JUICY COUTURE.

Ok whatever but for a tween to have it must either indicate she's a spoiled brat, her mommy and daddy really don't pay much attention to her so they buy her stuff to make up for it, has an older sister, which I doubt would even let her touch it or... well that's all the reasons I can come up for her hauling that purse around.

I'm all for my daughter having up to date clothes and the occasional brand name but when your that age I think it's already giving them the impression that you have to have name brands or your not cool.

Well anyway.. I love all of Juicy's purses..but they are way expensive, my substitue is KATHY VAN ZEELAND. Ok on her website and at Macy's they are expensive but sometimes (and probably everyone knows this) if you go to Ross they usually end up carrying the same purses at half the price.. which I did not think about at the time of my purchase of my beautiful bag. It was the only one at Macy's and you know how it goes, if you don't buy it now then it wont be there later..

    all this fits in it..

    My Planner
    notebook
    marker
    camera (case)
    ID Case
Not sure why I carry this around..
I just hold like cash or coupons
And my beautiful phone! Luv it!

    How cool is this:

Go to MAGMYPIC upload your pics and 'Viola' your on a Mag cover! I found this at HONEYSINLOVE while blog hopping.
