I'm a working mama...

So I have a ^JOB^. I started training today. I think it's going to be a good experience getting back in the workforce..eventually I had to do it so why not know. My little one is ready to go to preschool anyways.

I have to say that I'm glad I'm not working in that same store of the manager who hired me. I was trying to finish my packet and finish watching a training video but I couldn't concentrate because he kept singing..loudly... off key... and in the same room I was in. Very distracting. He kept talking to me and I was thinking to myself.. "Would you like me to finish today or not?"

And he talks about himsel constantly. That he used work at MAC and that he doesn't know why he downgraded. He made his store at MAC the best one in the state, he takes nobody's crap, that he was the best makeup artist ever blah, blah, blah..

And he's mean, he kept being mean to his own newbie girl.. saying that she wasn't catching on right away I mean hello if you've never done that kind of a job before it's going to take a while. He kept saying like "She's driving me crazy".

So yea I'm definitely happy he won't be my manager. My ^ DISCOUNT ^ has already taken affect. yea! Can't wait to get my 1st $ paycheck so that I can start spending it like a mad woman :D

Seriously... Seriously?

I tell you the most interesting day that happened last night was that a grocery clerk was arguing with me over some KitKats. You read right. It was not my fault swear. It was really PETTY but she's the one that got angry with me about some stupid kit Kat's.

OK we rented a movie at our grocery store that has a RedBox and my kid went straight for the chocolates by the movie stand and grabbed a Kit Kat. She handed it to us and we seen that it said 3 for 99c. So we decide to get 3 but we didn't notice that we picked the other 2 that didn't have the same sale on the wrapper.

When we went to the self checkout we ring them up and notice that the one that had the .33c on the wrapper DID ring up that way but the ones that did NOT have it rang up as .50c. So just asking I asked the cashier lady why it was ringing up .50c ea if we got it where it says .33c for 3. (I know, I know I should have let it go because it was only .17c difference on each candy bar) I would have probably purchased them either way but I was curious as to why. So she acts like I just interrupted her busy schedule and stomps off to another section of the chocolates and matter of factly says No they are 2 for $1." I said "OK but I didn't get it from here, I got it from that stand over there." But she just kinda blew me off and said again, "Well no matter they are 2 for $1."

Then she walks off to where I pointed at and I headed to where I got them originally and I was thinking "well maybe I grabbed only one that was .33c from an old promotion and they don't have anymore" and I'm kinda blaming myself for asking in the first place.

But then I noticed she went the other side of the movie stand and Viola there was a WHOLE stand there that had boxes of kitkats that said on the wrappers 3 for .99c. Yea! so take that.

But wait, instead of saying something like "Oh OK, well get these ones so they ring up as .33 ea or didn't know these were here" or whatever, this bitch goes to the customer service area and dangles a kitkat in front of the cashier and firmly tells her, "Make sure you TELL the manager that these have to be changed to 2 for $1." WTF? Nobody can do that if the price IS ON THE WRAPPER. She was just pissed and wouldn't apologize because she assumed she was right and I was wrong but it didn't turn out the way.

I thought the way she acted was way unprofessional. If she didn't or couldn't help us she could of had someone else help us. It's her job to find out about products and prices not yell at CUSTOMERS. Even if it is over KitKat's.

I don't want to work out and you can't make me...

This post has seriosly taken me all day to write..

I'm reading Hand Over the Altoids blog and she mentions that her husband flat out tells her she needs to lose weight. Shocked I know! Men usually know that if you tell your wife she has to lose weight then you're going to get a beat down...

So this is how I plan to work out...




I have a Curves like 5 blocks from my house and they have all their windows covered up and it's like a secret hideaway which is good because you don't want to be working out and your cute pants you just bought are already too stretched out and falling off.




Or have you noticed that many like Bally's, 24 hour fitness and other Gyms are like right next door to a Dunken Donuts or a Subway.. My Bally's is in front of a Quiznos.. Ohhh and I swear I seen a Girl Scouts cookie stand in front of a 'Curves'. They now exactly where to market their products...Yea that's sooo wrong!

There was discussion I think like in Mississippi where they want to pass a law and make it illegal to sell fast food to fat people. Seriously, no lie..

So my pup just ate his bowl movement and then puked it up and wanted to eat it again..Is that normal?

Yesterday in the morning and afternoon it was such a pretty day, then around 5pm, boom, it starts snowing like crazy. It stopped after 3 hours but for those 3 hours I think it snowed 3-4 inches worth. You couldn't see anything...



And this is how pretty it looks after the storm passed..




While that was happening outside, this was happening inside.. Karla is at the point where she pretty much wants to dress herself, most of the time she gets it right but she still has a bit of trouble sometimes..







Awhile back I wrote about how many mom bloggers don't return comments, but let me tell you after reading a couple of twenty something bloggers and reading their comments I prefer to go with the no comments.. I was reading a post about this 1st girl dealing with rude comments. The 2nd girl wrote how boring 1st girls blog was, that she was whiny and selfish and so on..
Ex: "I'm not going to sugarcoat this. I have been reading your blog for a while, and have come to the conclusion you are boring, needy and insecure. You say yourself, that you need more girlfriends. You should go make some, because otherwise you are putting way too much into a relationship that is probably going to fail anyways."

Yea, so I'm thinking ok this is 1st girls blog, she pretty much is writing down feelings, thoughts, experiances and so on, for herself and to share with others. Yet 2nd girls is so tired of reading her "boring" blog, (but of course she continues to read it) to the point of writing a very long rude comment.

I have read blogs which are boring to me or just like "WTF", and I don’t ever feel the need to publicly tear another blogger down for being who they are. And I assumed everyone had left all that high school drama when they graduated into adulthood.

Uh Uh.. Not cool...

Now I have noticed that many 'MOM' bloggers on here are pretty mean. I'll read many 'MOM' blogs and I'll comment on their funny, smart or infomative posts and I don't get a response back.. especially with them waving their 'You comment, I'll follow' icon around. Just because I'm not in my 30's and not bearing more than one kid, or that my blog is too colorful, or not on your link list doesn't mean that I can't get the same respect and some kind of acknowledgment that I have shown to you because I have stopped by YOUR page and took the time to read it and comment on it.
