The weird world of building a site

I must be the most illiterate computer person out here.. I cannot for the love of goodness try to build my own website..I think I'm the only person who doesn't know how.. All I want is detailed information, offered templates, columns and maybe a free host name, without having to pay.

It's not fair since I really DON'T know what I'm paying for.. Then I would have just lost that money if nothing really comes out of it.

Now I would have never thought of making my own, but I read an article of how a 16 year old did.. Come on she's 16 and I'm 26..and still can't get it right! So anyways on her own site she has a post where she can help make out own site, so I click and jee she's on vacation for like the next year..So that's not going to help me at all.

So pretty much this Blog is all I have with the outside world.
